Dateline Monday 30th September 2024

Happy Monday morning on the last day of September, I hope all is well.

The new conference and incentive season is off to a flying start we have been busy with groups going to Germany, France, Vienna, Malta, Budapest to name just a few yes Europe has and is busy, all these events operated just last week, mid and long haul is, to be honest a bit sluggish but it picks up in October.   

The Labour conference is over, the Conference voted against the decision by Robbing Rachel Reeves The Chancellor to cut some Pensioner’s winter fuel allowance but where was the Labour leader? He was in New York at the United Nations, he fled the conference before the Winter Fuel allowance vote, that was purposely rescheduled so that Sir Kier Chicken could say “oh I had to be in New York”

It is the turn of the Conservatives to have their annual conference this week I guess that will be a rather dull event what it is they say? “the higher their climb the further they fall” I think the one person with a

smile on his face will be Rishi, he has had the top job, been there done that, he can happily ride off into the sunset with his £800 million quid protected by Special Branch for the rest of his life.  

It’s soap box time

Today is the 357th day of the war in Gaza and the 357h day that Israeli babies, toddles, children, teens, women, men and seniors have been held hostage in the Hamas terror tunnels in Gaza.

It seems that there needs to be a rebrand in New York, The United Nations is far, far from United, in fact I think the only thing they are united about is the fact that they disapprove of Israel protecting its citizens, land and borders in the north and the east from barbaric vicious terrorist. Many so called leaders walked out of the UN chamber when Benjamin Netanyahu came to the podium to speak they might not agree with him they may dislike him but to be in a leadership position means that on occasions you have to do things you don’t like or don’t want to do. That having been said the list of the names of the leaders that did walk out reads like the cast of a potential movie called Desperate Despots and their Terrorist pals.   

All I have to say about the termination of the leader of the barbaric terrorist organisation Hezbollah (I for one will NOT use his name) is if you live by the sword you shall die by the sword.

This week is the Jewish New year Rosh Hashanah celebrated on Wednesday night, Thursday and Friday if you are celebrating this wonderful festival of renewal may I take this opportunity to wish you your family and friends a very Happy New Year, Shanah Tovah umetukah a good and sweet New Year
